Massage Therapy

We do specific massage techniques based on your specific needs. Providing a combination of several massage techniques to include swedish massage, sports massage, deep tissue, pregnancy massage, trigger point therapy,  extremity (shoulders, legs, feet, etc...) You can choose to do a full body massage or half hour massage. As therapists we are committed to offering and giving you the best techniques to help you toward a better performing body.

We can also do chair massage in your office. We currently go to a variety of businesses in Cedar Rapids for chair massage. It doesn't cost the company anything, we just need a small room to set up in. Call Shelley for details.
